Youth Hotel Tauernhof in Obertauern

We, the Kirchner family, are proud to be the 3rd generation to run the family business. You’ve come to the right place if you want to experience fun and action on vacation. In summer you will find our outdoor facilities around the Jugendhotel Tauernhof with street soccer pitch, 4-person trampoline, soccer and volleyball pitch, children’s playground, fire pond, campfire site and much more.

Hiking and biking is possible directly from the youth hotel. During your winter vacation, the cross-country ski trail, the biathlon stand and the snow soccer pitch are right in front of the house. Sliding plates and snowshoes are available for hire free of charge. And, of course, you can reach the Obertauern ski area directly from the front door.

Beach volleyball

The hunt for the ball in the sand. Fly, pike, jump and hit. Cut, stop and just about defend. Beach volleyball has developed into an extremely cool trend sport that can provide a lot of fun and action for almost everyone. At the Tauernhof we await you with an original beach volleyball sand court in tournament format. Here you can train for sport or just have fun digging through the sand.

There’s great news for all adrenaline junkies and sports enthusiasts: The Tauernhof now has a brand new and incredibly cool street soccer pitch! This pitch offers everything that makes the heart of a real soccer fan beat faster. Whether you want to play an exciting match with friends or work on your tricks and moves on your own, you’ll find the perfect environment here.

Trampoline

On the new trampoline facility at the Tauernhof you can take off and enjoy the free fall. Fun and fitness guaranteed! Twirl through the air like a bouncy ball or complete an intensive workout – you can do both here! Perfect your jumping technique and keep going for 3 minutes – you’ll work up a sweat! So, come along and experience the thrill of our trampoline facility. Action and fun await you!
